What began as a routine traffic stop quickly spiraled into a nightmare no one saw coming.
Police pulled over a vehicle for a minor violation — but within minutes, the situation escalated. Officers reported suspicious behavior from the driver, who refused to comply with simple commands. Backup was called.
And then… chaos.
According to eyewitnesses and dashcam footage, the driver suddenly stepped out and opened fire, striking one officer before being taken down in a shootout. One officer was critically injured, and the suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
