A shocking incident caught on security footage has gone viral — showing a restaurant employee being splashed in the face with hot soup after a customer became furious about its temperature. The footage, which quickly spread across social media, left viewers stunned and sparked an online conversation about respect, anger, and how far is too far when dealing with customer frustration.

The confrontation happened at a small restaurant in Texas, where a woman reportedly bought a spicy soup to-go.
