Philadelphia police have charged a man in connection with the disappearance of 23-year-old Kada Scott, whose sudden vanishing has shaken her family, friends, and the entire community. The young woman, described by loved ones as “vibrant, kind, and full of life,” was last seen leaving her apartment late one evening — and never returned home.
Surveillance footage obtained by investigators shows Kada walking toward her car in a residential parking lot when a dark SUV pulls up beside her. Moments later, she appears to be forced inside the vehicle before it speeds away. That chilling video would soon become the centerpiece of a police investigation that led to the arrest of 27-year-old Marcus Hill.
According to authorities, Hill is now facing charges of kidnapping, unlawful restraint, and interference with evidence.
